Ginny Carroll is the best and she will be my real estate agent for life! Due to circumstances beyond my control, I found myself needing a place to live and I had less than 2 months to locate it. In addition to my time constraints, I needed to stick to a strict budget. I contacted Mrs. Carroll of Le Reve Real Estate and not only was she happy to help me find my dream home – she delivered within 30 days of our first meeting.Mrs. Carroll’s customer service is second to none. It’s not just about ‘the sale’ to her. She truly cares about your family’s needs. She also cares just as deeply about your ideal dream home and she will find you what you are looking for. While you are working on your professional and personal responsibilities, Ginny Carroll will be tirelessly working for you. She is always available to you and she is very resourceful. You will be very happy with her results because no one works harder with genuine enthusiasm to make you and your family happy with your new home.I am a witness to her genius and if you choose her as your buyers agent, I guarantee that you will be pleased with your outcome.
Dear Ginny, thank you so much for taking such good care of us as we were selling our home of 30 years. Without your advice, the whole process would have been so much more difficult. You always made us feel special, like we were the only clients you had to worry about! Even when we were stressing, you calmed us down and made everything okay!Thank you for helping us make the transition to a new life!

We are proud to announce the selection of Allan Waschak to the 2016 class of the Hall of Fame! Kim Chen helped us purchase a home last weekend and we wanted to pass along what a terrific asset she is to your team. We've used other realtors in the past and Kim is by far the most wonderful person we've ever used.We had a unique situation being a backup offer and could not have been more impressed with Kim's knowledge of the rules. She explained things very clearly and was terrific with follow-up.We truly believe that we would not have ended up in our home with anyone else representing us. Kim was always accessible and responded very promptly to all of questions and requests. I know she is passionate about her job and it clearly shows. We will be recommending Kim to everyone we know looking to buy or sell a home. We really appreciate all that she did for us and wanted to pass along our positive feedback. Thanks so much!
Dear Allan,We are so pleased with having you as our realtor in the selling of our Clarksville house. Your professionalism, positive attitude, and wide range of knowledge served us beyond expectation! Your expertise as a realtor and contractor allowed us to quickly resolve all of the issues that came up. They included negotiating with the buyer's agent, pricing and determining what work needed to be completed to allow the sale to move forward. Scheduling repairs with reputable and cost effective contractors helped to keep the bottom line down. All of this was done in a shortened time frame. You worked with us and kept us informed every step of the way through all the negotiations related to preparing for settlement. Your ability to work with us so efficiently is even more appreciated, as we did most of the business after being relocated out of state. We would strongly recommend others to have the good fortune to work with you. Thank you all that you did to help us!Sincerely,
Hi Nora,I can't begin to thank you for all your help with selling the house and just keeping me calm and somewhat sane. I really appreciate all you did to make things happen and to make sure, in the end, that everything was in place for the final day. You made me feel that you were keeping an eye out for all the details that needed to be in place and let me know in plenty of time what had to happen when. Thanks so very, very much.I'm sorry I missed you when you stopped by that last day with all the goodies. You can't imagine how much everything was appreciated and how much easier it made our trip. Of course, snacks are great, but you also really hit the nail on the head with the baby wipes, water and the cooler. Have you made a study of what people do after they sell their house, because you seem to know exactly what they need. Again, thanks so very much for everything.I hope all is well with you. It looks like fall is upon you such a nice time of year there.Stay well,
Moving is always a difficult task, especially with a family of four and a dog. Moving every three to five years can make it tough for military families. Searching for a new house in a new city, sight unseen, is very arduous. Krissa Ferderer has been a great help in our search for housing in the Frederick area. From the first email, she was very understanding to the needs, and wants, of me and my family. We kept in contact on what we wanted and she delivered ample houses that matched our expectations.Upon arriving in town, Krissa lined up houses for my wife and me to see. Subsequently, we found a house that day and Krissa helped us throughout the process. From going through the lease agreement to helping with the walkthrough, Krissa far exceeded expectations. We will definitely pass her name along to anyone looking to move into the area.
I stated this earlier today... By far, this was one of the most difficult settlements to manage (that I've been a part of) with so many moving parts and such a particular set of goals. Melissa did a phenomenal job from start to finish. She knows the area, she had the patience, the perseverance, and it all worked out. Thank you, Melissa! It was great working with you!
Hello,Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the incredible service and follow up with our new rental in Frederick. We just PCS'd from Portland, Oregon to Maryland. Finding a new home on the other side of the country was a daunting task. Krissa made it easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate her making sure our new landlord was following through on his responsibilities prior to our moving in.Krissa brought knowledge, professionalism and humor to our search. She made it easy. We had a new home within hours, exactly where we wanted to be and for the right price. Being an Army family we meet lots of people searching for homes, both for purchase and rental. We look forward to recommending Krissa to friends and co-workers alike.
Chris,Just a short note to say THANK YOU for your help and work on our transaction. Thank you for your professionalism throughout. It's always a joy to work with someone like you.Regards,
